The HEAL ITALIA Foundation has published Public Notice No. 36/2025 for the acquisition of expressions of interest for the appointment of the sole member of the Supervisory Body (SB), pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
The assignment includes overseeing the effective implementation of the Organization, Management, and Control Model, compliance with the Code of Ethics, as well as providing risk management support. The term of the assignment is one year, with the possibility of renewal, and a maximum total compensation of €5,000 plus statutory fees.
