The HEAL ITALIA Foundation, an innovation hub in precision medicine and implementing body of the Extended Partnership “HEAL ITALIA – Health Extended Alliance for Innovative Therapies, Advanced Lab-research, and Integrated Approaches of Precision Medicine (PE_00000019), publishes Notice no. 33/2025 for the selection of a Senior Expert in domestic and international public law.
The assignment, which lasts 12 months with the possibility of renewal, aims to provide qualified technical and legal support to the Foundation’s Operations Management and to coordinate the Partnership’s spokes.
The reference office is Palermo, with activities primarily in-person and possible travel.
Main activities
- Legal and administrative support to the Operations Management and Spokes;
- Legal assistance in tender procedures and the management of cascading calls for proposals;
- Drafting and reviewing national and international agreements and conventions;
- Monitoring the Research Program’s compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
- Support for the proper implementation of project activities under the PNRR.
Requirements required
- Master’s Degree in Law (LMG/01);
- Registered with the Bar Association for over 10 years;
- At least 10 years of experience in the legal management of European Funds;
- Proven expertise in administrative law and international law.
