The HEAL Italia Foundation has published Public Notice 1/2026 for the receipt of expressions of interest for the appointment of the Statutory Auditor for the 2026–2027–2028 financial years, pursuant to Article 32 of the Foundation’s Bylaws.
The procedure is open to independent professionals or auditing firms duly registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors held by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, who meet the independence requirements and have proven experience required by current legislation.
The assignment concerns the statutory audit of the accounts of the HEAL Italia Foundation, the implementing body of the Extended Partnership PE00000019 – HEAL ITALIA, funded under the PNRR, with a focus on innovative diagnostics and therapies in precision medicine.
